Year 5 - Shakespeare Workshop
Yesterday we welcomed into the academy Ms Buckley, Head of Drama at Gloucester Academy. Earlier in the term she had run a Gifted and Talented workshop for primary schools and Highnam were one of the two schools that attended. The four Highnam pupils had a great day and following a few emails (thank you Mrs Thomsen) we organised for Year 5 to have a Shakespeare workshop in school.
The pupils had a full day of drama and at 3pm performed A Mid Summers Night's Dream to the rest of the school. Here are some photos from the day.
