Highnam Church Of England Primary Academy

Pupils from Highnam, Redmarley and Staunton and Corse academies met together for a day of outdoor learning together. For the first time the pupils visited the TRAC centre to enjoy a variety of learning experiences. The pupils were put into groups of 10-12 and were mixed up so had the opportunity to make new friends with the pupils from the other schools.

The pupils were keen to try out all the exciting activities which included: Forest School, den building, adventure playground, boating, tri-golf, orienteering, zip wire and rope swing.

"The best day of school ever!" commented Jess, "I loved the rope swing."

it was lovely to see how all the pupils developed their friendships with the pupils from the other schools and the enthusiasm with which they attached every challenge.
